Do I need a mailing list to send direct mail?
No. For Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) or Area-Based Mailings, your piece goes to every address in the selected mailing routes. There is no list to buy or upload. If you already have a list, we can mail to that instead.
Where does NeighborSaver mail?
NeighborSaver is based in Coral Gables, FL (the Miami area) and mails campaigns nationwide.
How do I start an order?
Use the Get Quote button and tell us what you want to mail, where, roughly how many homes, and attach your print-ready artwork. You do not need every postal detail. We review each order and follow up with next steps. We can also create the art for you at an additional cost.
How much does direct mail cost?
There's no single price. Cost depends on quantity, mailpiece size and type, USPS postage, mailing method, and printing and finishing choices. We review those details and follow up fast with a clear, no-obligation quote.
How is direct mail pricing determined?
Pricing is based on quantity, mailpiece size and type, mailing method (Every Door Direct Mail, a radius, or a targeted list), USPS postage, and any printing or finishing options. EDDM keeps postage flat regardless of piece size; list-based and targeted mailings are quoted per job.
Will I get an exact price before I pay?
Yes. We review your audience, artwork, and quantity, then confirm the exact price. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
When do I pay?
After review. We confirm the price and send a secure payment link. Payment confirms the order and starts production.
Can I mail within a radius of my business?
Yes, we start with your address and choose a radius surrounding your location. We pick the mailing routes that best match your area and the households you want to reach.
Can I target specific households or businesses?
Yes. Targeted campaigns can use custom criteria like demographics or business categories. If you want to reach adults 55+ who play golf and live in a golf community in Memphis, Tennessee, we can deliver this audience.
Is NeighborSaver only for postcards?
No. We mail postcards, menus, flyers, and oversized mailers. Any single-piece printed mail that meets postal requirements can work, and for eligible neighborhood mailings postage is flat regardless of size.
What artwork do I need?
A print-ready file. We check print quality and postal layout requirements, including address space, postal markings, size, and weight, and flag anything that needs fixing before you approve the proof. We can also create the art for you at an additional cost.
Do I approve a proof before printing?
Yes, always. Nothing prints until you approve the proof. It shows exactly what will mail, so your offer, phone number, and address are protected.
How long until my mailing is delivered?
Production timelines depend on the piece, quantity, and postal schedules. We confirm a production timeline when we review your order and let you know when the mailing is handed to USPS. Delivery timing is up to the postal service, so we do not promise a specific in-home date.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Before proof approval and payment, yes. Just contact us. After production begins, changes usually are not possible, so review your proof carefully. Full cancellation details are in the Terms of Service at neighborsavermail.com/terms/.
Does NeighborSaver guarantee results?
No direct mail provider can guarantee a response rate or sales outcome. We make sure the mailing is prepared and mailed correctly. Results depend on your offer, audience, timing, and market.
